Midterm Week Camp Review
Our "Midterm Week Camp" has successfully concluded with great joy. Students were divided into groups of 4 based on age and level. Throughout the week, children participated in five different themed day camps. Let's take a look at their learning achievements!
"Writing Station":
At the writing station, children enhanced their writing skills and expressed their thoughts through various writing activities. They wrote down vocabulary, sentences, or articles related to each theme, developing their organizational and vocabulary skills.
"Reading Station":
At the reading station, children read storybooks related to each theme, such as "Flotsam," "If I Build a House," "Best Frints in the Universe," "Lemonade in Winter," and more. Our books always complemented the theme of the day!
"Confident Communication & Public Speaking":
In this activity, children recited different poems like "Magic," "Construction Worker Song," "Space Poem," "Penny, Nickels, Dimes," etc. Through interaction and practice, they gained confidence and improved their expressive abilities.
"Crafting Station":
At the crafting station, children engaged in hands-on activities related to each theme. Using various materials and tools, they created crafts or models of mermaids, dream houses, solar system plates, spending wallets, and more. These crafting activities fostered their creativity, attention to detail, and motor skills.
"Outdoor Station":
Children participated in outdoor games and activities that involved teamwork and exploration in an outdoor environment. These activities enhanced their physical fitness, teamwork, and outdoor exploration skills.
Through participation in each station, children learned, explored, and communicated in different themes, fostering the development of their abilities and talents. Each station provided them with unique learning experiences and opportunities, making their "Midterm Week Camp" vibrant and colorful!
