“A Peek Into Our Class”

Our CCPS Levels

  • Beginner (Ages 3.5-5.5)

    Learn important lessons on greetings, polite words, basic adjectives, basic verbs, and more! Present short and sweet poems.

  • Intermediate (Ages 6-8)

    Speak in more complex sentences, explain concepts such as time, and put images in order. Memorize imaginative and descriptive poems.

  • Advanced (Ages 8-13)

    Use nuanced vocabulary and refine your grammar. Students debate about current events and study important speeches made throughout history.

Our Holistic Approach to Confident Communication and Public Speaking

How does our CCPS program (available in person and online) stand out?

We begin every class by practicing daily conversation dialogues. We ask open-ended questions to exercise students' thinking processes, develop their speech and language skills, and build confidence.

Next, students are led through English worksheets to help them articulate in full sentences with the correct grammar and sentence structure.

This program aims to help students express their thoughts clearly while teaching various poems and speeches to broaden their horizons.

Students then practice speaking with the appropriate volume, speed, body language and audience engagement.

Knowing your audience is key, so students read a story to familiarize themselves with their poem or speech of the day. Students learning in person complete a hands-on project as well!
